With spring arriving there are plenty of opportunities to get outside and explore the natural landscape of your city.

If you're new to the area, let Platinum Realty & Management be your guide to the best trails and parks throughout Clarksville.

Dunbar Cave Recovery Trail

401 Old Dunbar Cave Road

This spectacular 110 acre park surrounds the Dunbar Cave. As a prehistoric site, the Dunbar Cave features Native American cave art from the 14th century. Tour the cave or explore one of the three beautiful trails throughout the park: the 0.7 mile Lake Trail, the 1.1 mile Short Loop Trail, and the 1.9 mile Recovery Trail. All trails have natural surfaces, except the Lake Trail, which is paved. Take in the gorgeous scenery while you enjoy a relaxing walk or invigorating jog.

Clarksville Greenway

1101 Pollard Road

The Clarksville Greenway is a 9.3 mile paved trail open year-round and perfect for scenic walking, biking, or jogging. Access the trail from designated areas within Heritage Park, Pollard Road Trailhead, and Mary's Oak Drive Park. Parking is available at Heritage Park on Pollard Road. Dogs on leashes are permitted along the trail and bicycles are available through the Clarksville Bicycle automated bike sharing system.

Rotary Park Trails

2308 Rotary Park Drive

There are 6 miles of trails throughout Rotary Park, from easy kid-friendly trails to moderate trails. Explore the trails and see streams, hilled areas, and plenty of wildlife along the way. There are 3 pavilions throughout the park, and a large playground for children.
